Registration and my account
The following information is required for registration:
- Email address
- Telephone number
- First and last name
- Password
- Billing and shipping address
The password should be at least 6 characters long and we recommend that it contain both numbers and letters.
You do not need to enter your credit card details when registering. If you choose to pay online by card, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway and asked to enter your credit card details (the data will of course be encrypted and stored securely).
Yes, you can change your details immediately in your user account settings.

- You do not have to fill out a form with personal data and delivery address for the second and subsequent orders
- You automatically receive a 3% discount compared to regular prices (does not apply to already discounted goods)

How to shop
Once you find the item you want to buy in the e-shop, click on the product detail and select "Add to cart". All items selected in this way will be stored in your shopping cart. To view them, simply click on the cart icon (top right).
You can easily change products in your shopping cart. Click on the Cart button again. Here you will see all the items you have in your cart and their quantity. Find the product you are looking for and in the field with the number, rewrite it to 0 or simply delete it by clicking on the cross if you want to remove the items in your cart.
You can purchase a maximum of 20 units of each product. shop.bontonfilm.cz reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, especially for goods on sale, to deliver a smaller quantity than 20 units, usually a maximum of 6 pieces.
Payment for order
You can pay for your purchase by card online or by bank transfer. For online card payments, we use the secure payment gateway Comgate.
You can use a debit or credit card to pay for your purchase. We accept the following types of cards:

- American Express
Yes, shopping at shop.bontonfilm.cz is safe. All your data, including payment card details, are securely stored in accordance with the Czech Personal Data Protection Act Privacy Policy.
The security code is important to prevent misuse of your payment card. It is printed on the back of your payment card, but is not embossed anywhere, nor is it part of the magnetic stripe. This number is known only to the person holding the card. On most cards, this security code is the last three digits of the number displayed on the signature strip on the back of your card.
If you cannot read the security code on your payment card, please contact your bank.
After you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a summary of your purchase, the quantity of products purchased and the final purchase price. Upon receipt of your order, the carrier will give you a delivery note with details about your order and the products you ordered. You will receive an accounting document by email after payment has been processed. Registered customers will also find a PDF invoice after logging into the Your Account section.
If you pay online, we will ask you to enter your payment card details. This information will be encrypted and stored securely. When paying by card on delivery, you do not need to enter any payment card details, although you will need to have your card with you when your purchase is delivered.
Shipping and prices
Once we confirm your order and received payment for the goods by email, we work on its immediate processing. The moment it is handed over to the carrier, we will inform you of the change in status and you will also receive a shipment number. You can then track the movement of the shipment online on the carrier's website (PPL, Zásilkovna, DPD).
