Shipping and payment

We can deliver your purchase within 2-3 business days of your order, within a week if it is sent outside the Czech Republic. It depends on the type of payment method you choose and also on the time when we accept the order. As soon as we confirm your order and received payment for the goods by email, we work on its immediate processing. The moment it is handed over to the carrier, we will inform you of the change in status and you will also receive a shipment number. Accordingly, you can then track the movement of the shipment online on the carrier's websites PPL and Zásilkovna.cz for the Czech Republic, and DPD for the rest of Europe.
