The buyer is obligated to immediately inspect the delivered goods without unnecessary delay and inform the seller of any defects discovered within 3 days at the latest, in writing (via email). According to Act No. 367/2000, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for audio recordings and multimedia CD-ROMs, if the packaging has been damaged. The returned goods must not be damaged or otherwise depreciated. In the case of multimedia and audio media (CDs, tapes, CD-ROMs), the plastic wrap must not be broken. In such cases, the supplier is entitled to charge handling and cancellation fees to cover their costs, amounting to 250 CZK.

If the defect was caused by us (the seller), the goods will be delivered to you promptly in corresponding quality at our expense (the seller's expense).

In the written notification, the buyer should specify the detected defects (type, how they manifest) and send it to: shop@bontonfilm.cz. The goods should then be delivered to us by mail or in person at the address: Bontonfilm Promotions s.r.o., Na Poříčí 1047/26, 110 00 Prague 1.

The seller commits to inform the buyer about the status and resolution of the complaint within 5 days of receiving the complaint.
